Methodological recommendations were prepared in order to familiarize colleagues with the experience of preparing, organizing and conducting a district tourist rally, held in the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow under the name “Glade of Friendship”.
According to psychologists, recognition of his adulthood is extremely important for a teenager, and not only from parents, teachers or neighbors. At the same time, teenagers often copy the asocial manifestations of adulthood, and if there is no positive social group nearby, they often find themselves in a negative one - the main thing for them is to have company.
A necessary condition for a teenager’s comfortable sense of self is recognition as an equal in a society of peers. In this regard, teenage interest clubs successfully form the social environment in which the spiritual world of each child is enriched with socially valuable hobbies and genuine moral values. Here, a teenager has the opportunity to express himself as an individual among his peers, gain invaluable experience of positive socially significant communication, learn individual and collective experiences, and spend his leisure time interestingly with teachers who are passionate about their work.
In addition to its social functions, a tourist club has the opportunity to open up a world of adventure to teenagers and channel the “adventurous age characteristic” towards the formation of cognitive interest in their native land.
R developing - consists of improving physical strength and mental processes, including the muscular and nervous systems; ability and readiness to navigate extreme situations and successfully adapt to changing conditions.
Health and hygiene - lies in the opportunity to engage in various types of sports activities and form the mentality of a healthy lifestyle and the habit of pleasant and useful health procedures through various sports games.
Educational - introduces people to the theory and history of the development of physical culture, its significance in the life of every person; with various types of physical culture and sports as a means of satisfying not only the physical, but also the spiritual and aesthetic needs of the individual.
The centuries-old history of physical culture and modern aspects of people’s active life help to form in the younger generation an understanding of the essence of physical culture and its vital necessity.

In these guidelines, we offer for your information the contents of various types and forms of amateur tourism, which in our opinion are interesting and relevant. It is important to note that everything recommended on these pages was developed by specialists from the Olympus State Medical Center and was successfully tested. The kids loved it!
It is important to note that the organization and conduct of our tourist rally “ Glade of Friendship" have a number of unique distinctive features .
First of all, this presence of a game script, which, like a funny plot thread of a sports performance, runs not only through all stages of the competition, but also penetrates into all the features of a tourist’s life. This is especially important because it keeps teenagers in a good mood and team spirit, helps create a friendly atmosphere full of fun and humor, and helps them endure the difficulties of sports and excitement more easily and calmly.
The next feature of the rally is development of innovative types and contents of the control and tourist route, which includes not only the traditional stages of the competition, but also crossing a water obstacle on swimming equipment, and solving theoretical situational problems .
An equally significant feature of the “Glade of Friendship” tourist rally is its main task - search for the optimal trouble-free exit from current extreme situations.
The organization of the tourist rally is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the rally and the competitions and competitions included in it. The rally is led by the headquarters, sports competitions are led by a panel of judges, and creative competitions are led by a jury.
The tourist rally program includes the following activities:
KTM - control and tourist route;
Travel skills;
TPT - walking tourism technology;
Various creative competitions.

Preparatory work
when preparing and organizing a tourist rally
An important component of a tourist rally is its careful, comprehensive preparation. It should be noted that the successful conduct of an event largely depends on the degree of its preliminary preparation.
Taking into account that the rally is taking place in the Moscow region, it is necessary to ensure the interaction of various government services to ensure the safety of the event at all its stages. Participation required:
A doctor and a paramedic in an ambulance;
Representatives of internal affairs bodies;
It is also necessary to carry out serious preliminary work by the institution directly conducting the tourist rally. The preparatory stage includes:
I. Preparation of meeting documentation; design and necessary coordination all provided by the regulations documents .
II.Compilation and approval of detailed plan for the day of the tourist rally.
III. Organization and holding pedagogical meeting of leaders of clubs and centers participating in the tourist rally, on which it is necessary :
Present the Regulations on the tourist rally;
Introduce the program and plan of the event;
Provide the full address of the meeting place and ways to reach the place by various means of transport;
Provide the contact telephone numbers of the institution and personal telephone numbers (including cellular telephone numbers) of the organizers and leaders of the tourist rally;
Inform the exact time of the collective departure (if/when one is planned);
Introduce the judging panel of the rally, the senior judge;
Offer a list of necessary children's things, sanitary and hygienic items for personal use;
Report and justify the daily routine and internal rules at the rally.
Based on the results of the pedagogical council, it is necessary to draw up a protocol in the prescribed form and it is advisable to invite all heads of institutions, clubs and social leisure centers participating in the event to sign it.
IV.Preliminary work on the ground:
Preparing a site for setting up camps;
Preparation of an obstacle course and corresponding markings in the forest;
Preparing firewood for a fire, etc.
V.Carefully considering the menu, including drinking water
Purchasing food and drinking water in accordance with child nutrition standards. Purchase of disposable tableware, napkins, including wet ones. It is important to purchase bags and bags for collecting and removing (or recycling) waste and garbage.
VI.Acquisition necessary equipment, sports and household goods , art and stationery supplies. We cannot allow children’s creative plans to remain unfulfilled simply because of the lack of this or that material.
VII. Selection and staffing the judging team of the tourist rally from among the most experienced teachers of tourist clubs and successful senior students with some experience.
VIII.Carrying out all necessary briefings for staff. Based on the results of each briefing, the relevant documents are filled out.

Tourist rallies and competitions are effective means of increasing the tourism, local history and sports skills of tourists and promoting tourism, attracting vocational school students to it.
The organization of the tourist rally is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the rally and the competitions included in it. The Regulations usually indicate the goals and objectives of the rally, the place and time of its holding, the program; its participants and the procedure for identifying and rewarding winners are determined. The meeting is led by the headquarters, the competitions are led by the panel of judges, and the competitions are led by the jury.
Tourism competitions can be divided into three types: competitions in tourism skills, tourism technology and terrain orienteering.
Competitions in tourist technology are usually held in two types: tourist obstacle course and tourist relay race. Tourist equipment can also be checked on a special control-combined route (CCR) or control-tourist route (CTM). In the first type of competition, the team must overcome all obstacles with the full complement of its team (KKM and KTM are also held), and in the second, each team member overcomes only his own stage. The length of the competition distance ranges from 300 to 2000 meters. An obstacle course may include: climbing a steep slope (with or without a rope); descent from a steep slope; cross-country running; overcoming a water obstacle (on a tray, raft, kayak, over luggage, protruding stones, fording, etc.); canopy crossing; carrying the victim; lighting a fire and burning the thread (or boiling water); setting up a tent; running over bumps (“swamp”), various forms of rubble that require crawling, creeping and climbing over.
To establish and develop skills in orienteering, competitions in tourist and sports orienteering are organized at tourist gatherings. These competitions are conducted as moving around the area in order to find control points and navigate the route using a compass and map.
In practice, the following types of orienteering competitions are used: in a given direction, along a marked route, optionally, relay orienteering. Familiarization with orienteering usually begins with an “optional” view. At the start, participants are given maps of the area with control points (CP) marked on them. For each CP, a certain number of points are awarded depending on the difficulty of finding it. From a variety of route options, the orienteer, depending on his experience and skill, tries to choose the most profitable one, on which he can score more points in a set time. In case of being late to the finish line, the participant is fined a certain number of points for each minute overdue. The distance must be calculated by the panel of judges so that the length of the route for beginners does not exceed 6 km for boys and 4 km for girls.
Sections: Sports at school and children's health
Introduction
A tourist rally is one of the most effective forms of promoting tourism and a healthy lifestyle, increasing the physical development of schoolchildren and strengthening their health, and organizing leisure activities for young people.
The main attractive force of a tourist gathering is communication with nature, friends, as well as elements of competition.
One of the main events of the rally is the obstacle course - the most spectacular and dynamic type of distance in tourism competitions, which allows children to show their physical fitness, dexterity, ingenuity, and gain new skills and self-confidence.
The tourist rally is the most beloved, interesting and massive extracurricular event, which is very popular among children and adults of our gymnasium.
Traditionally, we hold a rally in September for the birthday of the gymnasium in a forested area. Then, as a continuation of the rally, there will be a competition of crafts made from natural materials “Colors of Autumn” and a photo exhibition “Our favorite tourist rally!”
The success of this event is largely determined by timely and clear preparation.
An organizing committee is formed in advance, regulations on the competition are developed and approved at a meeting of the creative laboratory of physical education and life safety teachers.
Preliminary preparation of teams and instructors for the stages (subject teachers, heads of clubs and sports sections) is underway. For teams - consultations and practical training on setting up a tent, packing a backpack, determining azimuth, orienteering, and tying knots. Before the start of the competition, instructions are given on safety precautions and respect for nature.

The team's result is determined by the time spent overcoming the obstacle course and the penalty time received for mistakes in the stages. The start and finish places are combined (marked).
Characteristics of the stages, requirements for their organization and judging for grades 5–6
At the distance, no penalties are issued to the participants; the judge detains the team until the error is corrected. At stages where participants need to demonstrate their erudition and knowledge about nature and ecology, the team is awarded incentive points. Correct answer – 2 points; for incomplete – 1; The team that does not answer the questions gets zero points; For a complete, interesting, exhaustive answer, the team is awarded another 2 incentive points. The points scored by the team are taken into account when summing up the results.
The team’s result is determined by the time it takes to complete the obstacle course (taking into account the points scored) and the sum of places in competitive tests.

Tourism brings everyone together, no matter where people live and work. They are united by the desire not just to relax in the fresh air, but to feel like part of a single team.
The main purpose of the tourist rally is the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in overcoming various obstacles that simulate possible obstacles on a hike. And the team that has more tourist experience and better coherence in hiking has a better chance of winning.
Participants are divided into teams, choose a name for themselves, come up with an emblem (coat of arms), a motto, a team introduction, arrange their camp in accordance with the theme of the tourist rally, and much more. The competition program is very rich and includes: water tourism techniques, landmark shows, competition and sports programs.
The professionalism and experience of the organizers play a huge role in organizing a tourist rally. A large number of people, a tight schedule of planned events, its adjustment depending on the vagaries of the weather and much more require clear and coordinated work of the organizers.
The brightest and most colorful format of a tourist rally is a tourist rally made in a specific theme. The purpose of the gatherings is to promote tourism, exchange experience in organizational work, and conduct political and educational events.
The organization holding the rally is obliged to: create an organizing committee; approve the main panel of judges; think over logistical, transport, economic and medical support for the rally; provide security; obtain permission from local organizations to hold the rally.
Holding competitions at gatherings in the field is sometimes not only a difficult task, but also an insoluble one. Therefore, if in the field it is not possible to watch films and slide films, then such competitions are usually held before the start of the rally, and their results are included in the final table.
A well-organized and conducted tourist rally is not only a sports festival, but also an extremely important event in the promotion of tourism and amateur tourist creativity.
The program of a tourist rally of any rank includes two groups of events: mass and sports. Depending on the objectives of the rally, its rank, the level of preparedness of the participants, as well as the experience of the judges - distance directors, the competition program at the rally may include a wide variety of types.
1. A tourist obstacle course (or a tourist relay race) includes elements of technology characteristic of hiking, skiing, water or cycling tourism. For example: various types of crossings (wading, luggage, mounted), ascents and descents along steep slopes, various methods of transporting the “victim”. 2. Orienteering. 3. Cross-trip. 4. Competitions in cycling technology. 5. Competitions in ski tourism techniques and tactics. 6. Competitions in water tourism techniques. 7. Competitions in mountain tourism techniques.
8. Hiking Technique Competition
In addition to competitions, there are many entertainment competitions. After all, a tourist rally is not only a competition, but also a vacation!
The competition program of the rally and public events are also planned in full accordance with the purpose, objectives of the rally and the composition of its participants. At the maximum, competitions are held at the rally for the best film, slide film, photography, photo stand about the trip, report (photo album) about the trip, for the best performance of a song and original song, tourism propaganda, tourist homemade products, combat sheet of the rally, bivouac, emblem, rally badge, Moreover, when demonstrating film and photo materials and performing a song, a double competition is possible - on tourist and military-patriotic topics.
Any gathering should, if possible, be full of public events: competitions, games, songs, film screenings, reports, exhibitions of tourist photographs, stands. All this should be carried out in the form of competitions. Competitions increase interest in various types of amateur tourist activities not only among spectators, but also among tourists themselves and participants of the rally.
Competitions are valuable because they are an excellent means of promoting tourism. In addition, they help create valuable visual materials on tourism and teach how to competently compile and format reports.
Tourist competitions and competitions can be very diverse. Options for competitive programs:
Rope competition. “Rope course” is about unusual situations, risk, excitement and new sensations. The program for each exercise is designed in such a way that nothing is impossible in it. The only specific thing is that desire alone is not enough to conquer these obstacles. A prerequisite is a sense of team for each participant. In the process of VC, participants are simply forced to learn to coordinate their actions with the actions of the group, take into account the characteristics of each and use them to achieve the goal.
2. Mass sports and entertainment program "Tourist Pyramid".
Participants are divided into several teams. Each team receives a team card, which contains a list of possible stages, and within a certain time passes these obstacles in any order, trying to complete everything.
By passing obstacles, the team gains points. The team that scores more points becomes the winner.
