5. Documents.
All participants in the gathering living in the Avangard boarding house must provide the administrator with identification documents (passport, birth certificate), as well as an application for all participants in the gathering, signed by a doctor.

Coaches and representatives of the training camp participants must be present at the meeting. The meeting is held on the day of arrival at 20:00 local time.

5. Terms of payment.

The cost of a trip for Russian athletes is 26,000 rubles, for foreign ones - 500 € (euro). Includes accommodation, meals, participation in the training camp.

Parents accompanying children can stay at the Avangard base only with the agreement of the coach or camp leader.

When a gymnast lives outside the base, the cost of the training fee is 15,000 rubles.

For coaches living outside the Avangard base, the cost of the coaching course is 15,000 rubles.

On shift change days, the cost of food is 850 rubles per day, accommodation - 700 rubles per day. Accommodation on additional days to the main shift - 700 rubles per day.

6. Conditions for booking a tour.

Reservation in the amount of 8000 rubles. entered in January 2017 by the responsible person of the group or the representative trainer.

Reception of funds is carried out according to a special VEDOMOSTI , funds are accepted by the official representative of the Avangard boarding house, accounting documents are issued regarding the receipt of funds.

The boarding house "Avangard" provides the following reporting documents: receipt and cash order from the boarding house "Avangard", vouchers. The voucher can be issued for a group or individually. The voucher is not valid until the full price has been paid.

Similar documents are provided byHotel "Helios", which also provides accommodation.
Payment for participation in the training camp is not included in accommodation and meals at the Helios Hotel.

In case of cancellation of the trip, the reservation will not be refunded.

The remaining amount can be transferred to another shift or the next year as agreed by the parties.

In exceptional cases, the main amount can be returned at the end of the season - August 20 upon application.

7. Documents.

5. SPORTS CAMPS PROGRAM:

Training program:

• Subject preparation;
• Work on elements with dance tracks (balances, turns, jumps);
• Stretching, flexibility
• Classical choreography;
• Dance training;
• Setting up programs;
• Individual work with a trainer (drawing up exercises by agreement and pre-registration).

Additional events:

• At the end of the shift, a reporting Gala concert is planned;

6. PARTICIPANTS OF SPORTS CAMPS:

Gymnasts, students of children's and youth sports schools, Olympic reserve schools, schools of higher sports excellence, and sports clubs are allowed to participate in sports camps. Gymnasts must meet the regulatory requirements for their age.

Participants were born in 2011 and older.

Gymnasts are allowed to participate in sports camps:

• By pre-registration and after payment;
• If you have a birth certificate (+ copy);
• If you have sports insurance for the duration of the training camp (accident insurance);
• If there is a medical certificate certifying that the child is admitted to rhythmic gymnastics classes, a certificate of the epidemiological environment and vaccinations.

8. COST AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS:

Triple occupancy RUB 1,700 per day per person - for participants of the training camp.

Double room 1900 RUR/day per person - for a coach.

Four meals a day are included in the price.

Transfer: airport-base-airport 1000 rubles per person.

9. AWARDS:
