Attention! If you have serious health problems or significant difficulties in performing the exercises, it is recommended to begin the practice by mastering the starting positions. To do this, stand in turn in the basic positions of the three worlds: first the upper, then the middle, then the lower. Stand in each position for about 1 minute and imagine how the spent energy comes out.
How to determine your individual complex
To start doing gymnastics, you need to choose any 7 exercises from the existing 27.
Then it is recommended to do this set of 7 exercises for a month (4 times a week) and after a month start adding other exercises. In order to eventually master all 27 exercises (and perhaps add some of your own) and do complexes tailored to the current request - mood - situation - state.
So, today 27 exercises are known. Some of them may seem like “family” to you, while others, on the contrary, may not be to your liking. To begin with, just start doing the exercises that you can pull out and do them for a month.
It is recommended to start mastering gymnastics by making a personal deck of cards. From this deck, you simply draw 3 or 7 cards (or as many as you want) and do the exercises that you draw. To do this, simply take a regular deck of 36 cards, select 27 and write down the numbers of the exercises: 9 exercises of the upper world (from 1 to 9), respectively, 9 exercises of the middle and 9 exercises of the lower world. This will give you a 27-card deck that you will use to build your current gymnastics routine.
The first individual set of 7 exercises is recommended to be pulled like this:
Divide the deck into three piles of 9 exercises from the upper, middle and lower worlds. Then pull out 2 exercises from each pile. Then mix all 27 cards and draw another card - this will be the main exercise of your current complex, it will also be the seventh.

So, as in any system, immersion in practice should be gradual. Therefore, I highlight several stages.
FIRST STAGE: Mastering the basic elements of gymnastics
At this stage, you need to build your body, learn to move correctly, and work out the technique of performing elements that exist in practice. We will talk more about this further in the appropriate section. This stage can last from three days to two weeks, depending on the woman’s physical fitness and regularity of training.
SECOND STAGE: Mastering an individual complex
In essence, this is a Slavic karmic horoscope - the main abilities, skills and tasks of a person, a picture of the generic program. We will talk about this in detail in the corresponding section. This horoscope consists of seven energies, seven Beregins, seven states that a woman needs to activate her abilities and capabilities, initiate in her generic structure, and discover the source of energy of her Family. This complex helps you feel “in tune”, gives strength and confidence in yourself, your abilities, harmonizes, attracts good luck, joyful events and condition.
Each energy in the complex is represented by: the circle and world of the Slavic universe, a folk symbol, an exercise, a conspiracy and a semantic setting. At the first stage of mastering the practice, a woman visualizes the necessary symbols, delves into the setting, reads the spell and performs the recommended exercise.

THIRD STAGE: Mastering the 27 Beregin system
At this stage, the woman continues to get acquainted with the system through studying the remaining exercises: working with folk symbols and performing the recommended combinations of exercises.

As practice has shown, the system is wise: it happens that for several days in a row the same energies appear “by chance” on the same question. FOURTH STAGE: sacred dance of power
After you have memorized and mastered 27 exercises of the Far Away Beregin system, which represents the fundamental principle - the Slavic universe, you can move on to mastering the sacred dance of feminine power.
A signal that you are ready to move to this stage are the following points: you have your favorite exercises, favorite symbols, you are “tired of moving the only way”, you want to add something, and it is especially good when you add something that was not in the system, but this fits organically into her style and conducts energy flows throughout the body.
At this stage, you no longer look at which exercise is proposed with which symbol. You visualize the symbol, concentrate on the leading charm and, using the elements of arm, leg, and body movements, move the energy throughout the body. It may end up looking like a dance. And so your individual work with the flow begins.
Using this principle, you can work with any folk symbol or even ornament; you can feel what world it belongs to, what questions it answers, what quality of power it gives. You can broadcast the stream also without characters. Thanks to this skill, you are able to influence not only yourself and your life, but also charge the space, room, and people who are in it.

Safety precautions
ENERGY
Any practice is effective only if it is performed correctly. “The Power of Beregini” has two spheres of influence on a person: physical and energetic. And accordingly, there are rules that guarantee the preservation of the “do no harm” principle. Let's look at them in detail.
RULE #1: PURPOSE. Before you begin the exercises, create an intention, set a goal, or get into the state you need. Remember: like any energy practice, Slavic gymnastics “The Power of Beregini” releases energy, which you still need to learn how to manage. If you don't set the path, the energy will become uncontrollable. This can be fraught with the strengthening of harmful programs of the mind: aggression, greed, pride, ignorance, anger. Chronic diseases can worsen, which often arise in those energy zones that, according to the principle of psychosomatics, are responsible for one or another program of the mind.

But external beauty does not always guarantee a woman’s happiness. Such a woman can easily attract a man, but this is not what helps create a harmonious relationship. But it serves rather as a pleasant addition to other, more important qualities.
And there are girls who at first glance are gray mice. But they have a good destiny, a loving husband, obedient children, no need for money, and many friends. Because with such girls it is both cozy and warm: for both men and women. And it’s nice to even be silent with such people. They often say about such people: what did he see in her, and why is she lucky in everything?

How did they do it? Unfortunately, only fragments of that knowledge have reached us. But we can save what remains so that, adapting it to modern times, we can use it to improve our lives.
Today I want to give you the result of my observations and research - women's Slavic gymnastics “THE POWER OF BEREGINI”. This is a technique that is a synthesis of the most effective techniques of female Slavic practices, united by common eternal aspirations: wealth, health, love, harmony, home, security, harmony, children, development, creativity, inspiration.
The practice is based on a set of sacred movements, spells, psychological settings, the power of folk symbols, as well as principles of working with energy. All this together helps to humble pride and, using spiritual principles, improve your character, behavior, and as a result, change the attitude of others towards you. We get what we deserve. What seeds-actions we sow, such events-results we will receive.
ATTRACTIVENESS. Practice helps you develop, feel self-confidence, and become attractive. The gait, gaze, and gestures change. The energy field of a woman changes. It becomes alluring, interesting, fulfilling.

World Rule– the world of spirituality. Responsible for issues of spiritual development, intelligence, wisdom, inspiration, expression of one’s creativity, the ability to express one’s thoughts, beauty, awareness, intuition. In the world of Prav, according to the Slavic worldview, live the souls of those of our ancestors who went through all their karmic lessons and ancestral tasks, and reached the highest degree of awareness, wisdom and love. We can tune in with them in order to gain knowledge of how to act in order to walk our own path, to realize our own karma.
Yavi World- the world of people. This is the world we live in, the real world. Responsible for communication with people, life processes, love, business issues.
Navi World– the world of deceased ancestors, the world of elemental energies, primary elements, cardinal directions, the world of animals. In this world live the souls of ancestors who are waiting for incarnation in Reveal to realize their tasks. You can contact them and ask them for help. History of practice restoration
Information about the ancestral psychophysical female practice, specifically Slavic, and specifically female, and not common to men and women, until recently was a great rarity or a secret, passed on from mother to daughter, from grandmother to granddaughter. But family and tribal ties of transmitting information from generation to generation were disrupted by a long series of tragic historical events. Huge layers of information were lost or deliberately destroyed. But time has passed, and ancestral knowledge is returning again, it exists, and it strives to be open and used. They will always find a way to those who are waiting and looking for them. Every day there are more and more girls and women who want their own language, and not, for example, Eastern or African, for their development and health, for a feeling of connection with their family, with their beautiful culture. If there is a request, there will be teachers. Perhaps, in a few years, women's Slavic gymnastics, and everything connected with it (tribal culture and awareness of the female role), will become as familiar and necessary for women as yoga.
To date, two sources are known that describe the movements of ancient female Slavic physical practice. Belarusian professor Gennady Adamovich and Russian writer Vladislav Meshalkin, who received information about typical Slavic gymnastics from the bearers of knowledge, that is, from the people. Based on the knowledge gained, both researchers published books in which they described the exercise system. These systems are different: one has 27 exercises (“Standing Water” by Adamovich), the second has 9 (“Makoshi’s Code of Health” by Meshalkin), but at the same time one can observe the general laws of movements, positions, and mechanisms of influence. Therefore, there is every reason to talk about a certain general pattern of movements.
Each master has his own vision and philosophy of gymnastics practice. For male authors - one, for female authors - another. Everyone teaches based on their own unique individual experience and analysis of observations of the experiences of their students. Over time, improving and deeper understanding of your knowledge and actions, learning new aspects and additional information, thus developing and growing in practice as a master.
Vladislav Meshalkin, the re-creator of the “Zdrava Mokosh” system, offers only 9 Navi exercises for study, although he focuses on the existence of 27 energies - Beregin: “According to the ideas of the ancient Slavs, there are 27 planets in our solar system. They are divided into three levels. These are the levels of Rule, Reveal, Navi (nine planets at each level). Naturally, these planets have their reflection in the structure of both the subtle bodies of a person and the physical body. These planets were also called planetaries, Beregins. They were called by the names of the gods and goddesses who ruled the planets. Correct interaction with them ensured the family good health, material wealth, good offspring and success on the spiritual path... The ideomotor component of the exercises is aimed at acquiring the Power of Water and Earth. Previously, during these rituals, the names of each of the Beregins were pronounced, and demands were brought to them and the goddess Makosha. Now it’s quite enough to create ideomotor images of the elements of Water and Earth, or Mokosh herself, or each of the Bereginyas.”
A book by Oksana Sergunova, the re-creator of the Slavic psychophysical system “Kvitka”, was also published, which describes the basics of the existence and maintenance of ROD, the main cosmic energy laws and important rules for working with the ROD flow, working through one’s body and spirit, and describes the movements of women’s Slavic practice.
Maria Guseva (author of the “Birth of a Star” method), based on the original source by G. Adamovich, somewhat simplified the existing system, interpreted it in her own way, introduced some features into it and successfully teaches.
The instructors of the Adamovich school also often outgrow the framework that limits the “Standing Water” system; by practicing, they restore their own ancestral memory of the gymnastics of enchantresses and teach uniquely and in their own way.
Women of the Rodnoverie communities of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine are also trying to find carriers and pass on knowledge about the age-old female practices of improving the body and soul.
Worthy of attention and very interesting are the practices of “Beregini”, transmitted by Arina Nikitina, a healer of the Old Believer Russian family.
That's how it should be. A woman has always shown creativity in communicating with space and its energies. Based on ancestral knowledge, she created special actions-rituals that would help her family and clan, consolidated them in traditional forms and passed them on.
How does data about the gymnastics of our great-great-grandmothers emerge and be structured?
1. Through direct transmission through the family from the guardians.
2. As a result of long painstaking research by historians and ethnographers.
3. Obtaining knowledge directly from the world of the divine and the world of ancestors, while performing Slavic practices and rituals.
4. Personal experience of living this ancestral practice.
But more often it is a synthesis of all forms of obtaining information.
My acquaintance with gymnastics began with the version of Maria Guseva, then the book of Gennady Adamovich and the search for mentors with their own individual vision. I was interested in absolutely everything about this exercise system. I feel special gratitude to my mentors Natalya Ermolenko and Maria Tereshchenko for teaching the dance approach to practice, as well as Elena Baranevich for physiological and “female” secrets.
Years of searching and deep study, immersion in the practice of Bereginya allowed not only to feel how the 27 exercises that Gennady Adamovich recreated work, but also to discover additional elements of movements, to improve Slavic gymnastics in both the energetic and physical aspects of the impact on a woman. This knowledge is based on several components:
- the relationship between the folk symbol and the position of the body in space,
- sacred meaning of movements,
- ideological basis of gymnastics,
— diagram of the location of energy centers,
- body psychotherapy,
— “ancestral memory” or “memory of the Family” activated through practice.
By the way, the creator of the “Standing Water” gymnastics warns about this in his works: “...the proposed gymnastics has deep roots, even (it is possible!) “inscribed” in our genetic code.” [G. E. Adamovich “Gymnastics of Slavic enchantresses”, p. 16-17]
The body and subconscious are the wisest helpers who will always tell a person the only correct answer or path. When mastering the practice, it is extremely important to hear yourself and try to feel the movements of energies in the spell. Thanks to this subtle feeling, hitherto unknown movements, elements and details are born, or rather, remembered, from the depths of genetic memory. Gennady Adamovich also predicted the improvement of the system: “When a person undergoes certain physical training (undergoes some kind of training, practices some type of gymnastics), certain psychophysical changes occur in him. Each gymnastic system gives the body certain capabilities, allowing it to influence the paths of energy. And vice versa - it is the demands of the body and the movement of energy in it that stimulate the need for modification of exercises. That is, not only does a certain gymnastic system control the body, but also the body, when it becomes “smarter,” begins to “rebuild” this system for itself and control it.” [G. E. Therefore, in the Power of Beregini, the emphasis is not only on exercises, but on the ability to manage energy with the help of knowledge of the keys and entering the desired state. And this is what makes it radically different from “Standing Water.”
In addition, over the years of teaching gymnastics, I noticed this feature. For some (including me), the results from practice happened instantly: I made a wish, did the exercises, and got what I asked for! Others had to work for long months. Why is that? There are two reasons: it all depends on the level of elaboration of the topic of the request at the psychological level. Does the woman have conflicting beliefs that prevent her from achieving her plans? How much love is in her heart and whether she sowed the seeds of good deeds in order to receive from them the fruits of goodness and good luck. In addition, many lacked an understanding of how everything works, and they asked a legitimate question: in order for my husband to return to me, I can only do exercises, and that’s all?! Of course not, it’s still important to work on yourself, your attitudes.
The second aspect: working in the flow with energy, my instructors and I began to notice that Beregini’s energy does not always flow as suggested in “Standing Water.” And more often the practicing girls made the same, but completely different movement. Therefore, we decided to conduct a study in which both the most experienced and new instructors took part in teaching, in order to monitor the compliance of the exercises with the Beregin energies. The results of these studies formed the basis of the “Power of Beregini” system. In addition to statistical data, I took into account the sacred meaning of movements and the psycho-somatic mechanism. Settings and conspiracies have been developed that are designed to enhance the action of energies and generally achieve results - to improve the system, to bring it to the ideal. To make everything work even faster, better and more efficiently!
As I observed the influence of the system on others, I developed a deeper understanding of the essence of 27 life programs, their interaction with each other and how to use them to correct any relationship. And so the book “Slavic Horoscope of Rod” was born, which was published in 2013. It contains the author's interpretation of 27 Beregins and their influence on the character and relationships of people.
For several years I tried various directions of women's Slavic gymnastics. It is worth noting that the experience of each individual instructor is important here. Since each teacher brings his own to sacred practice - after all, practice allows you to find the keys to genetic memory. As a result, over time, the body independently builds into the necessary positions inherent specifically to your Family.
Thus was born “THE POWER OF BEREGINI” - a synthesis of the most effective techniques of female Slavic practices, united by common eternal aspirations: health, love, harmony, home, security, harmony, children, development, creativity, inspiration, wealth.

About the new (improved) movement system
People ask me why the gymnastics “The Power of Beregini” has undergone changes. Let me explain:
Years of observation helped me see opportunities to improve the system. Some women received results from the practice immediately, while others needed many months before awareness came. So I created a system that can speed up results.
PHYSICS+Psychology. Now in practice you will be able to work through energies not only on the physical level (muscle tension in the body), but also on the level of awareness - the psychological level. With the help of settings and specially selected spells that affect each person uniquely, taking into account his individuality.
PSYCHOSOMATICS. The combinations of exercises are selected taking into account the psychosomatic effect on the human body, on energy centers, as well as the most likely paths of energy flow through folk symbols.
STUDY. 30 “Power of Beregini” gymnastics instructors took part in the study of the impact of the new “27” system on women. The girls did gymnastics “in the flow” through visualization of the symbol in order to identify which elements more often go to this or that energy.
SACRED MEANING. Each movement in practice carries its own sacred meaning and is a tool for communicating with space. Now the combinations of exercises include the full meaning of the energy meaning of each Bereginya and are manifested in the corresponding elements. In addition, the system of 27 exercises turned into a system of 27 dance sequences, which, in my opinion, is more consistent with WOMEN’s sacred practice.

WHAT THE PRACTICE DOES:
She helps a woman fulfill her destiny. Helps to resolve all issues related to childbirth: attracting your soul mate, women's health, harmonization of relationships, harmonization of your condition, realization of your intentions, personal fulfillment, with its help a woman receives the strength to help her loved ones: husband, children, parents. A woman’s task is to learn to feel the space and energy of her KIND and be able to manage them. Gymnastics starts working from the first lesson. And a practicing Bereginya can get pleasant results right away. When a woman sets the task of more profound moments - to discover the sorceress in herself, the Bereginya of her Family, she needs to comprehend the practice in detail.
Childbirth practice in ancient times hardly looked like simple static exercises, especially since it was performed by women. A more likely option is when the eldest woman of Roda went out into the field or forest, away from human eyes. I listened to the whisper of the wind, the rustle of leaves, the voice of Mother Earth, listened to the voice of my heart, tuned in to the harmonious space and asked for the power of the worlds of Navi, Reveal and Rule, as well as the female patrons of Far Away Beregins for help and support. Including the power of sacred folk symbols, it allowed the body to accept the energy of the Family and space, dissolving in the flow of the sacred dance of power. This dance was based on certain body positions that enhanced both the woman’s physical health and her mental projects. To learn to feel the flow, it certainly takes time and perseverance - a woman’s daily work on herself. Which, however, does not take much time, only 10 minutes a day. And at the same time it makes life much easier and makes a woman happy and joyful.
STAGES OF MASTERING PRACTICE
An interesting aspect is observed when familiarizing yourself with the system. The ability to perform one or another element of movement depends little on a woman’s gymnastic background. It’s a paradox, but experienced yoginis sometimes cannot do basic backbends in the lower world or maintain positions in the middle and upper worlds. At the same time, women of 70 years of age show amazing results in practice literally after 2-3 workouts. It has also been noticed that those elements that are easy to achieve today may not be possible at all tomorrow. And this is quite understandable. This is influenced by the internal state, the energies of the current day and the woman’s personal horoscope and her attitude to current situations in the aggregate. Provided that the practice is carried out with maximum concentration and in the right state.
So, as in any system, immersion in practice should be gradual. Therefore, we highlight several stages.
FIRST STAGE.
Mastering an individual complex. In essence, this is a Slavic karmic horoscope - the main abilities, skills and tasks of a person, a picture of the generic program. We will talk about this in detail in the corresponding section. This horoscope consists of seven energies, seven Beregins, seven states that a woman needs to activate her abilities and capabilities, initiate in her generic structure, and discover the source of energy of her Family. This complex helps you feel “in tune”, gives strength and confidence in yourself, your abilities, harmonizes, attracts good luck, joyful events and condition.
Each energy in the complex is represented by: the circle and the world of the Slavic universe, a folk symbol and an exercise. At the first stage of mastering the practice, you visualize the necessary symbols and perform the recommended exercise.
Thus, a woman gets the opportunity to feel the flow of generic energy in her body, to feel her symbols and their vibration. Track the changes that occur in life against the backdrop of women's Slavic gymnastics classes.
SECOND PHASE.
Mastering the 27 Beregin system. At this stage, the woman studies the remaining exercises: works with folk symbols and performs the recommended exercises.
You can work on the energies that you need (For example: harmonization of family relationships, removal of obstacles, protection, prosperity. See: the meaning of energies). Or the second option: invite the system to prompt you to carry out the most relevant options for a particular situation. Take a deck of cards (27 pieces) and randomly draw from it a complex for the situation in the amount of 1, 3, 7 or 9 pieces. As practice has shown, the system is wise: it happens that for several days in a row the same energies appear “by chance” on the same question. Moreover, the meaning is ideally suited to the requested situation.
THIRD STAGE.
After you have memorized and mastered 27 exercises of the Far Away Bereginya system, which represents the fundamental principle - the Slavic universe, you can move on to mastering the “Power of Bereginya” system. A signal that you are ready to move to this stage are the following points: you have your favorite exercises, favorite symbols, you are “tired of moving the only way”, you want to add something, and it is especially good when you add something that was not in the system, but this fits organically into her style and conducts energy flows throughout the body.
At this stage, you no longer look at which exercise is proposed with which symbol. You visualize the symbol, concentrate on the leading charm and, using the elements of arm, leg, and body movements, move the energy throughout the body. It can end up looking like a dance.
FOURTH STAGE - masterful.
Sacred dance of power. At this stage, you remember all the symbols by heart and can, while holding the symbol with your attention, dance gymnastics to any suitable music, while feeling the turbulence of energy flows. You can use this principle to work with any folk symbol or even ornament, you can feel what world it belongs to, what questions it answers, what quality of power it gives.
RULES AND SAFETY
TARGET. Before you begin, create an intention, set a goal, or get into the state you need. Remember, like any energy practice, Slavic gymnastics “The Power of Beregini” releases energy, which you still need to learn how to manage. If you don't set the path, the energy will become uncontrollable. This can be fraught with the strengthening of harmful programs of the mind: aggression, greed, pride, ignorance, anger. Chronic diseases can worsen, which often arise in those energy zones that, according to the principle of psycho-somatics, are responsible for one or another program of the mind. Case study: The day after a basic gymnastics seminar, a girl developed thrush. According to her, the disease has not bothered her for a couple of years, although before that it was chronic. They began to find out what happened during that day, and it turned out that her ex-husband, from whom she is raising two children alone, called and offered to make peace. The girl refused, the resentment against him was too strong. Another question is that these grievances should be worked through. And practice pointed out a “sore spot” in working on oneself, on one’s attitude towards men.
KNOWING OF LIMITS. Representatives of the 3rd and especially the 8th circle should master the practice with extreme caution. Because the soul has chosen a difficult task for itself: to work through the most difficult issues of the Rod in this incarnation. And at the first stage, it is important to enter the practice consistently, without rushing. The rule in mastering the practice is this: practice regularly. At the same time, hear yourself. And if your body (not to be confused with Ego and Laziness) tells you that today the lesson is not going on, or is going on, but only basic ones, or it is possible to work with only one energy, listen to it. In this case, you shouldn’t do all 27 exercises at once and top it off with your complex and a couple of your favorite ones. At the same time, if your body and soul want it, don’t limit it. This is the art of being a real woman, Bereginya - to feel yourself and feel the space.
BOOMERANG RULE. Working with energies to harm someone entails sad consequences: the wish will come back in a more severe manifestation. And vice versa: working to help others increases the energy channel that you develop, makes your practice more effective, more powerful, and helps you work through your own problematic issues that previously could not be moved.
Since ancient times, Slavic women were known as beauties: slender, well-balanced, physically developed. Their beauty was so captivating that they were accused of witchcraft. But their charms extended not only to appearance; our distant great-grandmothers knew how to maintain the health of the family, how to protect relatives from bad things, how to help their husbands develop.
All sorts of magical properties are attributed to this exclusively female gymnastics of Slavic enchantresses. A month or two after the start of classes, incredible changes begin to occur in the lives of women. With the help of this set of exercises, women's health improves, relationships with husband and other family members improve, the figure acquires ideal shape, and libido increases. Some even with the help of this gymnastics make wishes come true and promise to attract wealth.
A little history
The re-creation of this gymnastics took place in Belarus. While conducting classes at the Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M. Tank on the topic “Traditional methods of physical training of Belarusians,” Adamovich Gennady Eduardovich, together with the female part of the course participants, were puzzled by the question, was there a female psychophysical system preserved among the Slavs? Together with his students, he began to gain knowledge bit by bit. This is how the gymnastics of the Slavic enchantresses “Standing Water” was born.
Why women's gymnastics?
When performing these exercises, the work of the endocrine glands is activated and female hormonal levels are normalized. The muscles of the neck, shoulder girdle, chest, back, abdomen and female genital organs are strengthened. This exercise can be performed throughout pregnancy. It has a beneficial effect on the course of labor.
Peculiarities
A distinctive feature of this gymnastics is the deflection in the lower back, which you will not find in any other set of physical exercises. This deflection is natural for the female body. It is especially pronounced during pregnancy. And one more feature is the position of the hands behind the back in the area of the adrenal glands. This is how they are stimulated.
Variety of names
“Still Water”, “Birth of a Star”, “Alive”, etc. Now there are quite a lot of instructors in different cities and countries for the gymnastics of Slavic enchantresses, and everyone tries to call it in their own way. But the essence of the exercises themselves does not change, even though they may vary slightly. Each complex contains 27 exercises, which are divided into 3 worlds - upper middle and lower (9 exercises in each). And there are 7 more individual exercises that a woman chooses independently, relying on intuition, or are calculated in a special way (read in the book).

My personal opinion
I was attracted to this gymnastics by its name and enthusiastic reviews from practicing women. I have not yet seen confirmation that this is truly ancient and Slavic gymnastics, but some of the movements seemed familiar to me - something sometimes slips through in folk dances. I can’t say yet how this set of exercises affected me, since I just started doing it.
